Go Russia - How to book online guide
Step 1 - Choose Your Holiday & Departure Dates
It is important that you choose a trip that is well suited to your interests, capabilities and experience, All our staff has first hand experience of a range of Go Russia holidays and will be happy to talk to you about your chosen trip, enabling you to assess its suitability. We also recommend that you read the descriptions of the relevant region, general information about our services, booking conditions, and trip dossiers carefully.
Once you know what tour is right for you, as well as your departure dates, you can start your booking.
Step 2 – Open the Booking Form
Go to www.justgorussia.co.uk and open the tour you wish to book. You can easily find your tour by using a Quick Trip Finder facility located on the left hand side of our website.
All departure dates, available tour options (comfort, premium, etc.) and prices are displayed on “Prices and Booking” tab within the tour. All departure dates are also listed on the right hand side in the tour description.
Click “Book”
Step 3 – Confirm Tour Options
You will need to confirm and specify:
- tour option
- number of travellers
- specify the departure city / airport
Step 4 – Register on Our System / Login to Your Account
To provide you with a more personalised and relevant experience in all your contact with Go Russia, we ask you to register on our system. Once registered you can retrieve your bookings, brochure requests, lecture participation, update newsletter subscriptions and your contact details.
Not registered
If you do not have an account with us please specify your username (this can be your email address) and a password and then click “Next step” where you will be able to enter your personal data and complete registration.
Already registered
Please enter your registration details and click “Next step”.
If you do not remember your username or password you can easily retrieve them from our system by following the link “Forgot your password?”
Step 5 – About You and Your Travellers
Please confirm whether you will be travelling on this tour or you are making a booking on behalf of other passengers.
Enter the personal details of all passengers. Please note the spelling of your name and surname MUST conform to the details on your passport.

Please check all the details are correct before submitting the booking form. You can press “Edit” and amend the information you have entered.
To finalise your booking you can either proceed to secure card payment or just submit your form and pay later. No matter which option you chose now we will make all necessary reservations and email a confirmation invoice to you. Please note, delays in receiving your deposit may affect the cost of flight tickets as these are issued once payment has been received by us.
The Booking Form does not commit you or Go Russia to a trip in any way. Please note this is a request for a reservation of space and NOT a confirmation that your reservation has been accepted.
Step 7 – Payment
Deposit
Once you have received our final invoice and trip confirmation you must pay a deposit of 10% of your selected land-only travel arrangements (minimum 100 GBP) plus the offered flight ticket quote (for flight inclusive packages in order to secure the cheapest ticket price available).
Final payment
You must pay the balance of the holiday price not later than 56 days before departure. If you book less than 56 days before departure, full payment must be made at the time of the booking. You can make payments either by cheque (made payable to Go Russia Ltd), bank transfer or credit/ debit card, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Switch/ Maestro. The card payment can be made through our website or over phone via online electronic payment system. If you pay by credit card, you will have to add a commission of 2% (charged by the card processing company) to the amount paid for our tour.
Final Joining Instructions
About 10 days before departure we will send out your Final Joining Instructions that will normally contain information on how to meet up with the guide at the airport in Moscow/ St. Petersburg, your flight tickets and any final information you may need. Please check these details carefully. If you have any concerns about these details or any last questions about your holiday, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. And after that, all you need to do is to enjoy yourself.
Making Changes
If any of the information given on your booking form should change, e.g., passport number or contact details, it is important that you advise us immediately. The late provision of such information may result in airlines or other authorities imposing charges for which you are liable.
